Horticulturist and Crew Member – Join BUSHY Landscapes!

These full time or part time roles are perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive, hands-on environment. You'll work alongside experienced horticulturalists maintaining a diverse range of gardens, from contemporary urban spaces to native ecological landscapes across Sydney.

As part of a multidisciplinary company that also works in landscape construction and bush regeneration, you'll have opportunities to gain practical experience across a variety of natural and built environments if you're interest.

We're seeking someone reliable, enthusiastic and ready to develop their skills in garden maintenance, planting and plant care. Training and career growth opportunities are provided as part of our expanding team.

What You'll Do:

Undertake garden maintenance tasks (hedging, pruning, mowing, planting, weeding, mulching, and general garden upkeep).

Support client projects with a hands-on approach.

Help maintain tools, equipment and irrigation systems.

Provide excellent customer service.

Represent BUSHY Landscapes professionally in all client interactions.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who's physically fit, reliable and a good attitude (mandatory)

Construction White Card (mandatory) and NSW Drivers License

6 months+ of experience in a similar role / adjacent industry

Preference given to those with (or studying) a Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, Conservation and Land Management, or equivalent.

Permanent full-time or part-time positions preferred. Open to casual positions too.
