Your new role
This Local Council has an immediate opportunity for a Parking Officer to work in a 3-month temporary role. You will be patrolling areas and conducting parking patrols within the municipality. The role will also include liaising with members of the public, attending to requests, ensuring compliance with parking rules and legislation through education and enforcement.
What you'll need to succeed
You may have previously worked in a Parking Office role or, alternatively, you will have transferable skills and experience that will enable you to be successful within the role. You will possess excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution skills and will be able to communicate with members of the public in a professional and confident manner.
