Administration and Customer Service

Permanent Part-Time - 4 days

The Administration and Customer Service role is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of The Beautiful Bunch, and more broadly, supporting the performance of the business to maximise both revenue and social impact. This person will foster a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, in line with The Beautiful Bunch’s values and vision. You will be responsible for managing daily studio administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative operations of The Beautiful Bunch and work in collaboration with the Studio Manager to successfully run the day

• Ensure an organised, orderly and smooth running of daily operations; this includes processing all orders, maintaining customer management, liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers, filing and record-keeping

• Invoicing and maintaining all corporate accounts and maintaining strong communication to ensure continued growth

• Assist The Beautiful Bunch in securing more business by engaging in corporate outreach

• Reply to all queries across digital platforms to ensure daily maximum order numbers

• Complete website health checks and advise the Website Developer of any issues with urgency

• Be responsible for studio stocktake, ensuring we are always up-to-date with our inventory and ordering as needed

• Take a strengths-based approach, provide training and support to trainees to build their self-confidence, skills and social connectedness

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation and collaboration

• Support the onboarding of new program participants, ensuring all documents are signed, payroll records updated and system access and permissions are correct

Experience and Skills We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in administration or reception

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot when priorities change

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised and independent with ability to multi-task and prioritise

• Previous experience working as an admin coordinator, office manager, or executive assistant, will be highly regarded
