Accounts Assistant

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 - Paid Weekly!

Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane

With continued growth and a busy operation, we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our high-performing team in Brisbane.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on role in the accounts team, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.

• Process creditors’ invoices accurately and efficiently.

• Manage high-volume payment processing on a daily basis.

• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.

• Deal processing and ensuring all sales documentation aligns with finance records.

• Calculate and process weekly & monthly commissions for sales staff.

• Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in an accounts payable/finance assistant role.

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment (highly regarded however not essential).

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing high volumes of data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support wherever needed.
