Our Relationship Managers focus entirely on landlords, building trust, driving strategy, and delivering value, while our Senior Property Managers in each state handle everything on the ground. It’s a specialised and scalable model designed to make property management actually feel seamless.

The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of Rent Nest for our investors. You’ll build long-term relationships, keep landlords informed, and use data and insight to help them make smart decisions.

Forget juggling maintenance calls or chasing trades, your focus is on service, communication, and investor success. You’ll work closely with on-ground Property Managers in each state who handle inspections, leasing, and repairs, while you deliver a high-touch experience that keeps clients genuinely supported.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow strong relationships with landlords across Australia

Keep clients informed with clear and proactive updates on property performance and yields

Partner with on-ground teams to ensure every detail, from leasing to compliance, runs smoothly

Use our tech tools, including an owner portal, tenant app, and direct payments, to deliver transparency and real-time value

Spot opportunities to improve client outcomes and strengthen retention

Support Rent Nest’s national rollout and help shape how we scale

What You’ll Bring

At least 3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or investor-focused property roles

Certificate of Registration - or willing to obtain

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Tech-savvy with experience using SaaS platforms and digital tools to manage operations efficiently

Organised, proactive, and passionate about helping investors grow

A genuine interest in property and investing personally, with a desire to help clients grow their wealth
