About the Role

If you love creating memorable experiences and have a passion for great wine, people, and hospitality, this is the role for you.

As our Experience & Hospitality Manager, you’ll take a hands-on role in shaping how guests connect with Molly Morgan — from the moment they walk into the cellar door to their stay in our vineyard villas or attendance at our events.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across the cellar door, on-site accommodation, and events, while also supporting marketing, social media, and trade sales activity. It’s a varied, dynamic position where you’ll lead by example, manage a small team, and ensure every guest, partner, and visitor leaves with a lasting impression of Molly Morgan’s warm, relaxed sophistication.

About You

We’re a small, growing team, so this role covers a wide breadth of responsibilities. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything — what matters most is a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

You’ll thrive here if you:

Have experience in hospitality, tourism, or wine service.
