The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan process, providing expert advice, and securing the best mortgage solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals.

Manage the loan application process from start to finish.

Stay updated on market trends and lending policies.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Acquiring new clients and assessing their needs according to their financial information.

Obtaining new referral partners.

Increase revenue for the business (Loan Settlement Target is about $3m per month).

Requirements:

Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).

Proven experience in mortgage broking or financial services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A client-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service.
