About the Role:-

We are looking for a passionate mortgage broker who is willing to work independently & take responsibility. This role is designed for an experienced mortgage broker (5+ years) who thrives on autonomy, growth, and partnership. You’ll have the stability of a base salary, the upside of incentive income tied to trail revenue, and the long-term wealth potential of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) based on your performance and contribution to the company’s growth.

Your mission will be to:

● Grow your personal client portfolio and manage ongoing client relationships.

● Build and mentor a network of referral partners and independent brokers under your umbrella.

● Represent Urban Money Oceania as a trusted finance professional across multiple service lines — residential, commercial, investment, and asset finance. ● Contribute strategically to the expansion of our broker network and business partnerships across Australia.

The role will involve:

● Manage your own pipeline of client applications from lodgement to settlement and beyond.

● Expand your network of real estate agents, accountants, and financial planners to generate steady referrals.

● Mentor and collaborate with junior or self-employed brokers within the group.

● Leverage UMO’s full suite of services — property, insurance, financial planning, and investment — to generate cross-sell opportunities.

● Maintain compliance with NCCP and BID obligations using UMO’s proven systems and support.

● Play an active role in shaping the business direction through collaboration and innovation.

Mandatory Requirements:

● Minimum 5 plus years of experience in mortgage broking.

● Minimum Qualification Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
