You will be provided with your Discovery Call Sheet, allowing you to focus solely on client engagement and loan strategy. You’ll handle servicing, lender selection, and client presentations, supported every step of the way by a dedicated admin and credit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified, warm leads - no cold calling or prospecting.
• Review Discovery Call Sheets and conduct detailed needs analyses.
• Complete servicing, lender optioning, and prepare tailored loan presentations.
• Liaise with clients and the admin team to ensure seamless settlements.
• Maintain compliance with all credit and lending regulations.
• Collaborate closely with fellow brokers and leadership to deliver excellence.

• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or working towards).
• Experience in lending, finance, or banking preferred.
