About the Role We are seeking a skilled Level 3 Support Engineer with strong Linux (Red Hat), Bash and PowerShell capability to support and enhance a complex enterprise environment. Working within a dedicated infrastructure team, you will provide advanced support, implement improvements, and drive high-quality technical outcomes across server environments and cloud platforms.

This role sits within a high-performing technical operations team responsible for supporting critical ICT environments that enable essential services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced support across Linux systems including patching, performance tuning & troubleshooting
  • Support Windows Server, virtualisation platforms (Azure/VMware), monitoring & backup environments
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents to maintain service stability and performance
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, PowerShell) and assist with DevOps workflows
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate across infrastructure teams
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years experience in Level 3 ICT support across enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat) systems
  • Proficient in Bash and PowerShell scripting
  • Experience across Windows Server, Azure or VMware highly regarded
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management & analytical skills
  • Confident communicator able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
