People and Culture Manager

The Client:
Our client is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to join their team centrally located in Perth. They are a NFP residential aged care provider who are highly regarded and very progressive in their outlook. This role reports to the General Manager and has two direct reports in Human Resources. You will have the opportunity to work across strategic and operational priorities and have experience in aged care or community. As a valued people leader, you will have the opportunity to be part of an organisation that is values driven, committed to excellence and leads with purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front in this pivotal role, driving cultural change and work with the leaders across the organisation
- You will have experience in Human Resources/People & Culture and be responsible for overseeing HR operations, compliance, and reporting to meet Fair Work and Aged Care requirements
- This role requires you to manage employee and industrial relations matters including enterprise bargaining and Fair Work processes
- Provide HR dashboards to the executive team
- Participate and drive culture, continuous improvement, workforce planning, succession, and capability initiatives
- Be the driver for culture, engagement and wellbeing programs
To be successful in this role:
- Experience in the aged care, community or healthcare sector
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related discipline
- Exceptional communication skills, engaging leadership and ability to influence stakeholders
- Enterprise bargaining and handling Fair Work claims and disputes experience
- Prior experience in managing employee relations, compliance and culture initiatives
- Current National Police Clearance
