Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures

✅ Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries

✅ Collect and update patient information accurately

✅ Verify insurance information and handle billing tasks efficiently

✅ Maintain a clean and organised reception area

✅ Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow

✅ Handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail

This position is 8 days per fortnight, Monday - Friday with starting and finishing times between 8.30am-18.30pm (late finishes on Tuesday & Thursday's) Flexibility will be required.
