Perth Cosmetic Dermatology is seeking an enthusiastic and polished Cosmetic Receptionist to join our boutique cosmetic dermatology clinic located within the prestigious Hollywood Medical Centre in Nedlands.

✨ About the Role

You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic—delivering outstanding service to our patients and clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Your role will combine front-of-house reception, patient coordination, skincare product sales, and financial administration.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing an exceptional, professional, and warm welcome to all patients

Managing appointments, enquiries, and cosmetic treatment bookings

Processing payments, Medicare and daily banking

Supporting skincare retail sales and stock management

Assisting with treatment preparation, patient follow-ups, and photography

Ensuring reception and treatment areas are beautifully presented at all times

Collaborating closely with clinicians, nurses, and management to deliver a seamless client experience

💼 About You

You are personable, confident, and love working in a polished, customer-focused environment. You bring exceptional attention to detail, presentation, and professionalism, with the ability to multitask in a busy, high-end setting.

Essential:

Reception experience in medical, cosmetic, beauty, or retail environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Confidence with cash handling, EFTPOS, and financial reconciliation

Professional presentation and a genuine passion for patient care

Desirable:

Experience in a dermatology or cosmetic medical practice

Knowledge of skincare products or treatment terminology

Familiarity with practice management systems (e.g. Genie or similar)
