About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Archerfield team, at the forefront of advanced electronics and UAV technology. You'll directly support our Program Managment and Engineering teams, ensuring efficient delivery of complex technical projects from scoping to execution. This includes supporting the development of processes/procedures, maintaining project documentation and coordinating with stakeholders, all the while adhering to RFDesign's high quality standards. Key Responsibilities

As our Project Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of our innovative technical projects:

Project Lifecycle Support:

Provide comprehensive support for end-to-end planning and execution of advanced electronics and UAV-related projects.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, technical plans, reports, risk registers, and dashboards.

Coordination & Tracking:

Coordinate work assignments and project status updates for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless communication.

Supplier & Process Excellence:

Provide critical support for supplier management and procurement.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of RFDesign's processes and procedures,

Key Requirements & Competencies

To thrive in this critical role within our innovative industry, you'll bring:

Qualifications & Experience:

1-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or scheduling, ideally within an electronics, engineering, or technology-focused environment.

Experience with process development and continuous improvement methodologies.

Direct experience with product development in Aerospace systems, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), or complex electronic hardware/software is highly regarded.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is highly regarded.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong project planning capabilities and familiarity with Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) applied to technical projects.

Proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and project scheduling tools.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong results-oriented drive.
