Your Role: Supporting Projects That Matter

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly. From coordinating travel plans and managing logistics to maintaining documentation and supporting communication, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes talent ensuring everything stays on track.

You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Project Coordinators, gaining hands-on experience and building the skills to grow your career in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, collect, and manage project documentation, reports, and records

Assist with Journey Management Plans and accommodation bookings

Facilitate clear communication between project teams and clients

Identify and escalate project risks or issues

Create and manage project safety documentation

Help with scheduling meetings and updating project plans

About you

Education & Experience: Qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience

Organised & Efficient: You thrive in busy environments and know how to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Strong Communicator: You’re confident working with different teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and managing digital documentation

Proactive & Adaptable: You take initiative, solve problems, and adjust quickly to changing priorities
