About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the business’s financial operations. Reporting to senior management, you’ll handle the full spectrum of accounting duties while ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounts in Xero
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and superannuation
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cashflow
• Assist with BAS, PAYG, and month-end reporting
• Support budgeting and project cost tracking
• Maintain efficient and compliant financial systems

About You:
• Proven accounting or bookkeeping experience (construction industry advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident working both autonomously and as part of a small, close-knit team
