The Role

Mercato is hiring bar & wait staff to join us in our beautiful, brand-new North Adelaide store. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience from the moment they walk through the doors. Whether you are greeting & seating customers, providing food and beverage offerings, serving behind the bar or attending to customer enquiries your role will be pivotal in crafting memorable moments.

What we are looking for:

⦁ Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service

⦁ Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

⦁ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays

⦁ A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests

⦁ A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential
