Opening Mid-November – Daytime Hours Only / No Nights

Frankies on Franklin is a brand-new café and panini bar opening soon in the heart of the city. We’ll be serving up homemade focaccia, fresh pasta, and great coffee – all in a warm, welcoming and fast paced daytime venue.

We’re currently building our opening team and are looking for friendly and reliable people to join our Front of House and Back of House teams.

Positions Available

Front of House (FOH): Baristas, waitstaff, all-rounders
Back of House (BOH): Kitchen hands, food prep, dishwashing

We’re Looking For

Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team members

FOH: Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with confidence in handling busy service periods in a fast paced café environment

BOH: Clean, efficient, and organised in the kitchen

A willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture

Weekend availability (day shifts only)

RSA / Food Safety certificates are a bonus – or a willingness to obtain one
