About the role

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Front of House team member to join our vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Sefton Park, SA 5083. This is a casual lunch time position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Front of House team member, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience to our guests.

What you'll be doing

Warmly welcoming and greeting customers upon arrival

Assisting customers with menu selections and answering any questions they may have

Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean and well-organised front-of-house area

Replenishing stock and ensuring the restaurant is visually appealing at all times

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining atmosphere

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers

Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A friendly, positive and professional attitude

Availability to work during our peak lunch service hours
