Level 2 Award rate, Mon-Fri $31.23, Sat $37.47, Sun $43.72, PH $62.45

15-25 hours per week

After 7pm loadings also apply

We have flexible casual hours of work available to suit team members looking for a variety of shifts to suit their needs during evenings, nights and weekends.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for casual bar and waiting staff to join the team. This is perfect for someone that has a passion for the hospitality industry, enjoys keeping busy, and wants to be part of a fun, friendly and supportive team.

The successful applicant will learn skills in food service including counter service and table service plus opportunities for functions. For those that are interested in the bar, training on beer pouring, wine, spirits, cocktails and coffee making are all available. Future training opportunities exist in gaming, TAB, Keno and SA Lotteries if desired. A blend of bar and waiting shifts are available if you like some of each.

If you have some prior experience that's a bonus but full training can be provided to enthusiastic applicants. Having a bright and easy smile, being well mannered, great at making eye contact and greeting customers will go a long way in this role.
