ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary objective of this position is to be the first point of contact for the operations of the Volunteer Office for Volunteer Event Health Services. This includes supporting and helping volunteers so that they are able to fulfil their role of providing first aid services to the Northern Territory community. This is done in accordance with St John Ambulance (NT) Inc policies and procedures.
Volunteer Event Health Services recruit, co-ordinate and support volunteers’ administration and training for youth and adult divisional units throughout the Territory. Volunteer Event Health Services provides first aid services and support at public events and during times of emergency situations in the community. Volunteer Event Health Services provides Youth Development by supporting our young people in our communities through the provision of an educationally sound Youth program.
ABOUT YOU
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
- Extensive experience in Administration
- Extensive Experience in Customer Service
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, social media and database management
