We are a very enthusiastic, passionate and committed company, and we are searching for a pro-active and motivated Administration Officer to join our team.
About the position:
The Administrative Officer provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of Eunoia Lane. This role is responsible for a wide range of tasks including office management, document preparation, data entry, and supporting internal and external communications.
Key responsibilities:
Provide a range of administrative services and respond to telephone, email, face to face enquiries for staff, clients and visitors to meet the needs of Eunoia Lane
Coordinate and maintain Eunoia Lane’s shared diary, including organising/scheduling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, attendance at conferences and seminars on behalf.
Data entry of client information into system, and maintain spreadsheets accordingly.
Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings, appointments, presentations etc., and follow up inward and outward requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
Provide support to the Travel Officer to coordinate all aspects of travel across Eunoia Lane.
Draft and prepare meeting agendas; write up meeting minutes and distribute in a timely manner.
Reflect and embed Eunoia Lane’s principles, objectives and strategic priorities when exercising the responsibilities of this position.

A current Working with Children (Ochre) card
A NDIS Worker Screening
A current national police clearance
