My client is looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to head up their medical liaison and marketing function. This is a pivotal role where you’ll guide a talented team focused on strengthening referrer partnerships, elevating brand presence, and delivering innovative marketing and engagement initiatives across the healthcare sector.
Working closely with the executive team, you’ll design and deliver the organisation’s marketing and referrer engagement strategy, ensuring it aligns with operational, clinical, and commercial priorities. It’s a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, developing teams, and turning ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the development and implementation of the organisation’s marketing and referrer engagement strategy
• Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with referrers, specialists, and healthcare partners
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and measurable return on investment
• Oversee brand, communications, and content governance to maintain a consistent and professional image
• Lead, mentor, and support a high performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Coordinate referrer events, CPD programs, and campaigns that boost visibility and engagement
• Utilise data and market insights to identify opportunities, track performance, and inform decision making
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on marketing outcomes and strategy
About You
• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in senior healthcare marketing, stakeholder engagement, or business development, ideally within Radiology or Medical Imaging
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership
• Exceptional relationship management skills and confidence engaging at executive level
• Strong analytical thinking and communication abilities
• A collaborative leader with a proactive approach and a passion for driving engagement and growth
