About the Role:

Located in the heart of Sydney, this role offers the chance to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and deliver impactful HR strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, driving operational excellence, and supporting the business through its next chapter of growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives
• Manage performance, employee relations, and offboarding processes
• Provide trusted HR advice to leaders and teams
• Optimise HRIS systems and improve operational workflows
• Drive strategic HR projects that support long-term business goals

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist role
• A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, especially with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
