Your Next Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and proactive WHS Coordinator to work on initiatives such as developing a suite of policy & procedures, and implementation of a safety system. As well as support HSEQ performance across our national project sites. You will be based in our Rhodes, NSW office and be required to attend project sites, as required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site audits, inspections, and facilitate incident investigations

Develop, implement, and review WHS policies, procedures, and training programs

Development of HSEQ plans for tender submissions

Assist in ISO and licensing certification

Create project specific SWMS

Safety system implementation and training

Maintain and update registers: incident, hazardous substance, and corrective action

Support the delivery of toolbox talks, site inductions, and ongoing safety communication

What You'll Bring

Minimum 1 years' experience in a WHS role (preferably in the construction, rail or utilities industry)

Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred)

White Card & current Driver's Licence

Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites

Must hold valid Australian work rights
