About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chef to join our team in a caring aged care environment. Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to dietary requirements and resident preferences

Collaborate with clinical and care staff to ensure appropriate nutrition

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and aged care standards

About You:

Qualified Chef with relevant commercial cookery certification (e.g., Cert III in Commercial Cookery)

Previous experience in an aged care or healthcare setting (preferred)

Understanding of special dietary requirements including texture-modified diets (preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passionate about creating a positive dining experience for the elderly
