We’re looking for a motivated and capable Chef or experienced Cook to handle the kitchen at our small but busy outback hotel.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:

Preparing and serving quality, hearty meals that keep locals and travellers coming back

Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety compliance

Planning seasonal specials suited to our venue and clientele

About You

We’re after someone who:

Has solid experience in a pub, hotel, or bistro-style kitchen

Can work independently with pride in presentation, quality, consistency, and hygiene

Enjoys country living and being part of a small team or is looking for a change for a slower, more fulfilling lifestyle
