Secret Harbour Chiropractic is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This permanent part-time position would be perfect for someone passionate about health and wellness, with great attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.

About the Role

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, assist in the smooth operation of our practice and support our team in delivering an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly attitude

Managing appointments and general reception duties

Processing payments, including HICAPS and medicare claims

Supporting chiropractors to provide exceptional patient care

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Educating patients on chiropractic and wellness principles

Opportunity to progress to more senior role

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised with strong attention to detail

Great written and verbal communication skills

Friendly, positive, and great with people

Able to multitask in a busy fast paced environment

A quick learner with a proactive mindset

Sound computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and procedures

Social media knowledge a bonus

Must hold valid Australian work rights

Hours

Morning shifts: 7:30 AM – 11:30am/12:00pm

Afternoon shifts: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Approximately 25-32 hours per week (this is somewhat flexible for the right person if you want more or less)

Occasion team events/expos, professional development, meetings or holiday/sick cover

Experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service is a bonus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
