**Position Overview:**
This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours, particularly school-based hours. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our operations through effective communication and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism and clarity.
- Match and enter invoices and purchase orders accurately.
- Support various general office tasks as needed.

**Candidate Requirements:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- General office skills and experience.
- A positive team-oriented attitude.
- A willingness to learn.
