Yumaro is a multi-award winning not for profit located on the south coast of NSW. Yumaro operates several social enterprises providing employment opportunities in a supported way. We provide NDIS services including home and community supports, capacity building supports, accommodation, social programs, support coordination and plan management services to over 250 people living with a disability.

About the Role

Yumaro is seeking a motivated and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our team in Ulladulla over the busy Christmas period. This casual position will support additional service runs from November through February, helping our participants achieve their goals while keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to participants in a supported employment setting.

Assist with daily work tasks and ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.

Operate vehicles and equipment safely and in line with Yumaro’s policies.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet service needs.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a team environment. You’ll bring:

A current Light Rigid (LR) Truck Licence

A current Forklift Licence

Previous experience in disability support or a related field (preferred)

The ability to work flexibly across various shifts during the Christmas period
