As Senior Product Developer, you’ll take full ownership of the product journey from concept and design through to production and delivery. You’ll bring a strong sense of trend awareness, commerciality, and creativity, with the ability to turn ideas into fun, high quality, and commercially successful products.

This is a hands on, leadership position where you’ll mentor and inspire a small creative team, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and travel for sourcing, trend inspiration, and supplier partnerships.

What you’ll be doing
• Lead product development from concept through to delivery across playful general merchandise categories including toys, accessories, home and gifting
• Drive creative direction, product innovation, and trend research in collaboration with design and buying teams
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost objectives are achieved
• Manage and mentor junior product team members
• Travel for sourcing, trade shows, and creative inspiration
• Deliver product that reflects the brand’s playful spirit and global appeal

What we’re looking for
• Proven experience in product development, design, or buying within general merchandise, apparel, accessories, or related creative categories
• Strong end to end product management experience from concept, design, sampling, and costing through to production and delivery
• A creative thinker who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
