Be part of a team that embraces innovation and pushes boundaries to create new solutions for safeguarding the Great Barrier Reef. As a Senior Project Officer in the Behavioural Insights team, you'll work on a world-leading social science program to accelerate practice change in agricultural land management (e.g., sugar cane, banana, horticulture, and cattle grazing industries). Your work will directly contribute to reducing agricultural impacts on the Reef's water quality.

Using behavioural insights and evidence-based research, you will:
• Develop and deliver behaviour change projects, including their monitoring and evaluation, to inform adaptive management.
• Collaborate with industry, community, and government partners to improve policy and achieve greater uptake of sustainable land management practices.
• Support the transition of emerging evidence into new policies and the design of the Queensland Reef Water Quality Program.

• Work autonomously and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and contributing to organisational goals.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders in complex circumstances.
• Apply social research methods, data analysis, and behavioural insights to real world agricultural challenges.
