Located in the historic Fyansford Paper Mill, Provenance Wines is an established and highly sought-after wedding and events destination. Our venue boasts a vibrant calendar filled with weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations — all supported by our passionate and professional team.

About the role:

As our Wedding & Event Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, guiding them from their first enquiry through to their special day. You’ll coordinate every detail with precision and care, ensuring each event reflects our high standards and genuine hospitality.

You’ll work closely with our restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver seamless experiences that showcases the reputation of Provenance Wines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate weddings and private events from enquiry to completion

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Conduct venue visits and manage client communications

Create detailed event orders, run sheets, and floor plans

Liaise with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution

Contribute to sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and conversion

About You

Previous experience in wedding and event coordination (hospitality or venue-based) is essential

Strong sales and relationship management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy environment

Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required for events
