The role
Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our company's continued growth and success, working closely with customers to guide them through the process of building their dream home.

What you'll be doing

Engage with potential customers, understand their unique needs and requirements, and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process

Demonstrate the features and benefits of our high-quality homes, helping customers visualise their future living spaces

Effectively manage the sales pipeline with Pipedrive, from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience

Collaborate with our construction and design teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and met

Participate in local community events and marketing initiatives to generate new sales opportunities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and Stonewood Homes' product offerings

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire building process

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience in the new home construction or real estate industry, with a demonstrated track record of success

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals

Passion for the building industry and a deep understanding of the local market and customer preferences

Proficiency in using sales and customer management software, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies - Pipedrive and Homei.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understand that weekend work may be required
