What You'll Do

Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

Manage phone and email enquiries, appointments, and reminders

Process accounts, payments, and Medicare/DVA/private claims

Coordinate referrals, correspondence, and patient documentation

Support dermatologists and nursing staff with daily administrative tasks

Maintain an organised, calm, and patient-focused reception area

About You

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a medical reception or administration role

Experience with Genie software highly regarded

Confident using technology and adaptable to new systems

Professional, friendly, and patient-focused communication style

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Reliable, well-presented, and calm under pressure

A genuine team player with a proactive, caring attitude
