About the role

We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Managers Or Senior Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up who are eager to take on a role at a growing farm machinery dealership in Moora, WA.
You may come from an Ag, Truck, Earthmoving or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience. This role is juicy and has plenty to sink your teeth into. You will be managing a growing department with exciting future plans.

You will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with customers
• Guiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessary
• financial performance of your department

Ideally you will also have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading and managing a team

On offer is a salary package comprised of a base salary of c.$110k + vehicle & incentives. The salary package is negotiable so please reach out for a confidential discussion.

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
