Your Role

As the Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of building our Perth operations. You will lead your team, drive business development, and nurture client relationships to establish and grow our market presence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.

Own the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Develop and execute strategies to drive branch growth and profitability.

Build strong connections with your team and clients, focusing on problem-solving and delivering outstanding service.

Roll up your sleeves to coordinate operations, including freight and stock management, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You Bring

We are looking for a natural leader with a track record of success and a passion for seeing your team win. You will bring:

2–3 years of experience in a successful sales leadership or management position.

A high-performing, results-driven mindset with the ability to hustle and build strong relationships.

Excellent communication skills to engage customers and build trust.

A problem-solving mentality and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the Rental/Hire Industry is highly regarded but not essential.

A valid Australian driver’s license and full working rights in Australia.
