• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, marketing and sales teams on design and technical requirements
• Oversee technical documentation, testing, and performance reporting
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor innovations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across product range

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in product development and quality control
• Knowledge ideally within construction or safety product industries
• Familiarity with rubber, metal, and steel materials is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of ISO systems and quality compliance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader team effort
