The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee the full production cycle across a diverse range of programs from apparel and accessories to soft and hard goods.

Working closely with design, merchandising and supply chain teams, as well as global suppliers to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage end to end production across multiple product categories

Lead and support a team of design and production specialists

Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and factory partners

Ensure products meet TPF’s quality, design and delivery standards

Negotiate costs, lead times, and quality standards

Oversee critical path management to keep timelines on track

Proactively identify and resolve production challenges before they impact delivery

Travel across APEC countries to manage key production and supplier relationships

Keep projects on schedule and within budget

Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life

Contribute to business growth as part of a close knit team

About You:
You’re organised, proactive, and thrive on variety. You’ve managed production before, maybe in merchandise, apparel or similar.

You will know how to balance creative goals with commercial realities. You’re confident jumping on a plane, negotiating with suppliers, and finding smarter ways to get things done.

You’ll manage a team of skilled specialists and bring your own experience and leadership to motivate, develop and help them deliver results.

You’ll Bring:

5+ years’ experience in production and sourcing roles

Successful history of managing a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A solid understanding of manufacturing and quality control

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

A collaborative, can do attitude and love for great brands

Proven track record managing global supply chains
