The Role

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of both Rogue Royalty and Rogue Raw, helping customers choose the right gear and nutrition for their dogs. You’ll also support store operations, manage simple admin tasks, and help capture short in-store videos or photos for our social media team.

Work hours 9am to 5am Mon - Friday with Saturday rotating roster.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s organised, empathetic, and curious to learn — not just about products, but about the people and pets behind them.

Experience in eCommerce or office administration skills will be highly regarded, as this role involves occasional support for online orders, data entry, and liaising with the management team.

What You’ll Do

Serve and connect with customers in-store, creating a positive and knowledgeable experience.

Provide accurate product information across both brands — from raw feeding to dog gear.

Manage day-to-day store operations including POS, stock control, and maintaining showroom displays.

Support online and eCommerce operations, including order fulfilment, website updates, or customer communications.

Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage reports, stock lists, and customer information.

Capture short, natural video clips or photos in-store to share with the marketing team (no editing required).

Assist with office administration and general support tasks for management.

Keep the store organised, clean, and welcoming.

About You

Are you someone who loves the buzz? Like to "roll your sleeves up" and get it done? Leaving things untidy or unfinished drives you nuts, you get a kick out of keeping things sharp?

You know your stuff when it comes to dogs — or you’re keen to build that knowledge

You’re empathetic and enjoy helping people find solutions.

You’re tech-savvy — confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable with online platforms (Shopify) or POS systems.

You’re organised and can handle a few things at once without losing focus.

You have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to admin or eCommerce tasks.

You’re open to learning and being involved in brand storytelling and social media.

You’re a team player but can work independently and take initiative.
