La Cosmetique is Australia’s leading Korean beauty retailer, offering a wide range of skincare, makeup, and K-Beauty favourites. With multiple stores across NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD, we are growing fast and looking for enthusiastic team members to join us.

The Role

We are looking for some full-time Retail Sales Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for our Castle Hill store (also available Rouse Hill store) We also open to a Monday to Thursday Part time for both stores.

Full-time: rotating roster, including weekends. 38 hours per week 5 days Min.

Part-time: fixed days Monday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised skincare & makeup consultations tailored to customer needs.

Demonstrate products, recommend solutions, and upsell to maximise sales.

Work collaboratively to achieve daily sales targets.

Stay up to date with K-Beauty trends and participate in brand training.

Manage stock levels and maintain attractive, well-organised displays.

Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach.

Handle general store operations such as banking, opening/closing registers.

About You

1–2 years’ experience in retail sales (beauty experience highly regarded).

Passion for beauty & skincare with strong communication skills.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player.

Multilingual skills (Korean or Mandarin) highly regarded.
