We are expanding rapidly and are seeking motivated Sales Representatives who can generate their own leads and close sales through various marketing channels — whether it’s digital marketing, partnerships, or your own network.

You’ll have the flexibility to work your own way — from home, in the field, or both — while representing one of Victoria’s most trusted names in sustainable energy.

What You’ll Do

Generate and convert your own leads for solar, battery, heat pump, and air conditioning solutions.

Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy and available VEU rebates.

Manage your sales pipeline from prospect to close.

Work independently and drive your own marketing initiatives.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, ideally within solar, energy, or home improvement sectors.

Self-motivated with the ability to generate your own leads.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Understanding of the VEU program (preferred but not essential – training provided).

Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet access.
