About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager - APAC to lead the company's expansion into the Australian Healthcare market. Reporting to the VP of Sales (based in Europe), you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to acquire new hospital and healthcare network clients. This is primarily a hunter role focused on a new vertical, requiring resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles (9+ months) and complex stakeholder environments (IT, Facilities, Patient Experience).

You will initially manage and mentor one direct report (Account Manager focused on Universities) and be responsible for the overall APAC sales target.

Please note that we are open to those who have not previously sold SaaS previously, we strongly encourage you to apply if you have experience selling internal infrastructure solutions (e.g., Wi-Fi, Hardware, BMS, complex SaaS) into hospitals in Australia

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the sales strategy for the APAC region, with a primary focus on the Healthcare vertical, namely hospitals.

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within target hospital and healthcare networks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key executive-level stakeholders (IT, Facilities, Building Management, Patient Experience).

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Oversee the management and growth of existing key accounts in the Higher Education sector (managed by your direct report).

Collaborate closely with the global sales, marketing, and product teams.

Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline.

Represent the company at relevant industry events.

What You Bring:

Proven track record in B2B sales, consistently achieving targets.

Essential: Demonstrable experience and an existing network selling internal infrastructure solutions (e.g., Wi-Fi, Hardware, BMS, complex SaaS) into hospitals in Australia. You must be comfortable engaging with IT, Facilities, Asset Management, and/or Patient Experience stakeholders.

Experience navigating long and complex sales cycles, potentially involving public sector tenders.

Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A resilient, proactive, and autonomous self-starter mindset.

Leadership potential or prior experience managing/mentoring sales professionals (preferred).

Experience selling into the Higher Education sector (valued).

Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.

What's On Offer:

Competitive base salary ($160,000 - $180,000 + Superannuation).

Attractive bonus and commission structure (OTE $250,000 - $300,000+), with commission paid from the first dollar.
