Our group has over 20 years in operation, last year we did combined over 1000 sales across the east coast of AU (for AUS top10 developers) while being a top5 project sales business in the VIC market with over 1500 properties under management.
As one of Australia's leading independent property groups, we have a growing pipeline of new projects secured in Melbourne our Projects team is expanding, and we are seeking an Project Agent to join and grow our partner network and drive sales across our off-the-plan apartments and townhouses.
This is a hands-on role where you'll build relationships, work closely with our sales and marketing team, and represent a broad range of projects across inner Melbourne and beyond. You'll also spend time working from stunning project displays, engaging directly with partners and clients.
About the Role:
This role is pivotal in driving the success of small, medium and large-scale residential projects for many of the largest developers in Melbourne and Australia.
You will run multiple residential project sales, working directly with buyers and spending time in stunning project displays. With uncapped earning potential, a good base salary and some of the industries best fee splits this allows someone to grow their sales career to another level.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales viewings in display settings and manage direct buyer engagements.
Nurture warm buyers and assist in final EOI selection
Collaborate with sales director, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Provide market insights, sales reporting, and recommendations to drive project performance
Maintaining CRM records and ensuring accuracy across all sales documentation
Represent the company with professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.
Supporting broader sales initiatives and launch events
Represent landmark projects in a blue-chip location
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in project or residential sales
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and sell multiple projects simultaneously
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of outcomes
Saturday availability essential
Current valid Victorian driver’s licence
