About the Role
We’re hiring a Client Success Manager who can build deep relationships, drive adoption, and make sure every PropertyStack customer thrives.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with property managers using our AI-powered platform to transform how they run their businesses. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, drive product adoption, prevent churn before it happens, and uncover growth opportunities that expand their accounts and impact.
This isn’t a back-office role — it’s frontline, strategic, and fast-paced. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our founders and success team to make sure every client who joins PropertyStack not only stays — but scales.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
Lead client onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth and confident start.
Monitor adoption and proactively engage clients to deepen software usage.
Run monthly and quarterly success reviews to identify underutilized features and expansion opportunities.
Partner with Product and Support to translate client feedback into actionable improvements.
Track and report key client metrics — retention, engagement, and LTV.
Upsell new modules and services by identifying clear ROI opportunities for clients.
Collaborate with marketing and onboarding to refine playbooks and automation strategies.

You’ll grow as the company grows. PropertyStack is scaling fast, which means the people who execute get opportunities to lead. Within 12–18 months, you’ll have the chance to build and mentor a team, own regional client portfolios, and shape the future of our customer success framework.

Tools You’ll Use
PropertyStack Platform – full access to all product modules (training provided).
HubSpot CRM – client management, health scoring, and automation.
Intercom & Slack – communication, support, and internal collaboration.
Google Workspace – reporting, documentation, and client dashboards.
Posthog or similar analytics tools – usage and adoption tracking.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Success (SaaS or agency).
Proven track record of improving client retention and driving adoption.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset — you can read data and act on it.
High accountability, proactive problem-solving, and calm under pressure.
A mindset of ownership — you don’t wait for direction, you create it.
