What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role bridging sales, marketing, and customer success — supporting inbound leads, onboarding new customers and helping them unlock the power of WildJar AI.

Your day-to-day might include:

Engaging and qualifying inbound leads through HubSpot.

Running simple outreach and nurture campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SMS).

Helping onboard new clients — setup, training, feature activation.

Showing customers how to get more value from WildJar AI.

Collaborating with sales and marketing on new initiatives.

Sharing client feedback with the product team to shape improvements.

Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in SaaS, marketing, or customer success roles.

A natural communicator — confident writing, presenting and building relationships.

Curious and tech-savvy — you love learning new tools and features.

Organised, proactive and ready to make things happen.

Exposure to digital marketing or agency environments is a big plus.

Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is helpful.

Package

Base salary starting from $60,000 + super + commission

Commission pool linked to sales and success performance of the company growth
