The Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between the business and its agency clients - building strong relationships, implementing systems, and ensuring seamless operations.

• Acting as the main point of contact for approximately 20 agencies nationwide
• Rolling out systems and processes within client businesses
• Conducting weekly Zoom training sessions and providing ongoing support
• Troubleshooting issues and offering proactive solutions
• Strengthening client relationships through clear communication and reliable service

The Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management or Sales Administration
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• High level of confidence with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
