The primary focus of this role is driving client retention and revenue growth within an existing client base. You will inherit a portfolio of 250 active clients to nurture and grow. To be successful, you will be proactive and strategic in your efforts - monitoring client usage, identifying gaps and opportunities and proactively training clients through to maximise adoption of new products.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Reaching out to existing clients at all levels (enterprise, SMB's & sole traders) to transform accounts and increase spend
- Achieving KPI's relating to client contact (guide = 20 calls + 3 meetings per day + 4 face-to-face meetings with enterprise clients PA)
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and managing client churn
- Reviewing detailed customer usage reports and determining opportunities or threats of client churn
- Solution selling - introducing new products to clients
- Identifying inactive or low usage clients and building prospect lists
- Gathering information on clients to understand their needs
To be considered for this position you will have a solid sales disposition (a true 'hunter' mentality!) with proven experience in B2B sales. You will be highly customer focussed, ensuring the clients perspective is the driving force behind business decisions and activities and a supportive approach in terms of taking responsibility for client satisfaction. The role is best suited to someone who is results oriented and has resilience along with the ability to work at speed whilst maintaining high effectiveness and diligence in a fast paced environment.
