The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a residential property portfolio with professionalism and care.

Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections with precision and attention to detail.

Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs while liaising with trusted trades and contractors.

Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company standards.

About You

Previous experience as a Property Manager (2+ years preferred).

Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Professional presentation and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
