Our Client

This successful agency, boasts 3 offices that boarder the South-East city fringe and they are seeking a stand alone Property Manager to form an integral part of a friendly team that works hard with a view to progress careers quickly with supervision and training, if needed.

Your Duties

Working alongside a young, dynamic Director, this role is a unique "Office-based" Property Manager role, where you are supported by a team that do the In-goings and routine inspections and all the running around for you!!

Day to day you will:

• Take care of a well-run portfolio if Residential properties
• Focus on landlord and tenant relationship building
• Undertake rent reviews and and lease renewals
• Managing bond claims and attendance at NCAT when required
• Oversee an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Exec
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance

What We're Looking For

The great news? Our client is open to levels of experience, so long as you have had some exposure to property management and feel confident that you can perform the main elements of the role Must have

• A current Certificate of Registration or License
• A car and driver's license
• Solid work ethic and be a team-player
• Previous experience on PropertyTree would be an advantage
